Plants are bushy and productive; prefer hotter microclimates. Thin-walled, sweet peppers are delicious seared or fried with olive oil and sea salt. Just a hint of heat. Like padron peppers, to which they're related, one out of 10-20 will have more bite. Flavor is grassy, and citrus-y with a slight hint of smoke. Also good in Asian stir fry and tempura.
